3. Collectibles & Final Sale Items

  • Certain products sold by Digital Garage are classified as collectibles, including Funko Pops, action figures, signed items, limited editions, and exclusives.

  • All collectible and signed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • By purchasing collectible items, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in AED unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment must be completed in full at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

  • Digital Garage reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

5. Order Accuracy & Cancellations

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details at checkout.

  • Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

  • Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Digital Garage is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect address information.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Returns & Refunds
