Thank you for shopping at Digital Garage. We offer a curated selection of kids’ toys, Funko Pops, action figures, and signed collectibles. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Collectibles & Signed Items – Final Sale
Due to their collectible and limited-edition nature, all collectibles are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Action figures
-
Signed or autographed items

Limited editions, exclusives, or retired items

Display or premium collectibles
This policy exists to preserve authenticity, condition, and long-term value.
2. Toys & Non-Collectible Products – Limited Returns
For standard toys and non-collectible items, returns are accepted only if:

The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

Proof of purchase is provided
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, unwanted gifts, or incorrect selection.
3. Refunds & Replacements – Eligible Cases Only
Refunds or replacements will be considered only in the following cases:

You received an incorrect item

You received a damaged or defective item (photo/video proof required)
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to

Once approved, Digital Garage will arrange a replacement or refund at its discretion.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

Opened toys or broken seals

Electronic toys once opened or activated

Clearance, discounted, or promotional items

Gift bundles or mixed bundles

Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
6. Shipping & Delivery

Digital Garage is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or incorrect address details provided at checkout

Orders returned due to incorrect address details may be subject to reshipping fees
