  • Estimated delivery time is 1–4 business days within Dubai

  • Deliveries outside Dubai may require additional time

4. Delivery Coordination

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure availability at the delivery address

  • Missed deliveries due to unavailability or incorrect details may require rescheduling and additional fees
